What aXXeleration of WPS looks like

UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security (WPS) was unanimously adopted in 2000. Despite the contributions of the WPS agenda to achieving sustainable peace and security, a quarter of a century later, implementation is still an urgent task. 

aXXelerate focuses on bringing women and gender perspectives into every security conversation to propel the realization of WPS principles – and we do it at the speed of women.
